how long does it for one to be activated in this forum

I ve just bought my prodigy box from an authorised resselller and ve some prob yet i ve not been activated for the past 3 days.

How do I go about it pls help cos I want to make use of my box urgantly

I took the delivery of my prodigy about a week ago and yet with all the posting on all trhe forum and suggested solutions I still cannot unlock with my prodigy nor enter test phone with it but it can flash phones quite alrite.
