urgent- NSS error on uploading RPL

I am trying to reset the SIM lock counter and i get error all the time ... i don't have any box and am doing this using the USB cable

I cross that C is a problem of bug DLL to try to copy in dinstallation part

i have this problem too with nokia 5300

my problem solved with free solution

because you cant write rpl via usb, only fbus using F1.

when i connect 6230i nokia mobile with usb and i click PHONE INFO and SCAN i see ERROR
