USB: Creating ASK file...RapID invalid! - GSM-Forum

Hi all,
I tried to read ask from Nokia 7370 with damged imei ( 12345610654321?)file using NSS and software display me this info:
->Ppm: V 04.70

RM-209

->Rap3RKHash: 00000000000000000000000000000000

USB: Creating ASK file...RapID invalid!
Whats wrong ?How can I read this as file .Thank you in advance

First thing - IMEI number 1234567890.... cannot be repaired via USB only.
The other thing is the phone has to be in working order to have the RAP3 ID read
