which model u have did ?

The Known Bugs is for some model CP extracting maybe failed, but not 'ALWAYS'.
I think this is because Different HW/Board version with flash files, but not sure with that.

I had a fight with one of those (7250) once. Took about 10-15 tries with Griffin and Prodigy before I could make CP extract. I once heard this has to do with language/PPM change. Try to flash MCU/PPM only first then reflash.

Sometimes with Prodigy, it reports that CP extract failed but when you look in the phone, the OLD CP is still there. Check that- most likely there are few if any changes in the new version (its CP) and the customer will be happy his ringtones and wallpapers are still there

(this happened to me several times, mostly with 6230)...

Are you using a USB power supply to your prodigy?
Try with ACP-12x charger. I had a 7250 with the same problem solved by using an ACP-12A charger power to the box.

hi

also you can try this, power up the phone, and delete all the user data from the galleries, then try to full flash with CP,,,,, i am not sure but i think if sometimes the memory is near to full there can be a problem erasing and extracting it... just an idea... maybe i am totally wrong, but it worked for me on 3 6230;s

it is ok now. however it was told unable extract but it is load cp pack.

after 6 times reflash

prodigy has never been a problem to me its a very good tool and meets the standard.

powering it is of an importance use a good and well regulated power supply and see the difference. just try it.
