how can i reset the apired connectiona as i sold the phone it was apired with and now i can not pair it with another phone unless i remove iton the other phone which i can not. please is there anyway to reset the paired device.

Hi jabran200

On the phone you can delete pairing in the blue-tooth menu the the blue tooth device ie headset with that you need to put it in a scan/search mode and pair it up with the new device

i know how to do that but i do not have the phoen it has been paired with.
