To repair FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF MAC-address
run BTFlasher (version 2.1.224.06 or higher) with parameter /fixbd
for example:
BTFlasher-v2-1-224-09.exe /fixbd

This works perfectly A2DP fixed by flashing the new firmware, I have attached the modified firmware for anyone who is having the same problem with an Acer BCM2045 2.0+EDR 0A5C 2101 Module.

after using your modified DFU, i now have

Anycom Blue USB-UHE 200/250
VID_0A5C
PID_2111
Firmware Version = 2.1.128.251

Thanks for your modified version, My A2DP functions alot better now. Bluetooth adapter is working alot smoother and detects Mobile Phones quicker.
