Changing Passcode in Widcomm 5.0.1.801

Hi guys, sorry if this is a repost or a retarded question but a friend got a bluetooth dongle to interface with her phone. She promptly cut through the cd that had the drivers on it and does not know the brand name at all. I tolder her to use the widcomm drivers but she downloaded some random ones from Bluesoiel or something like that. They detected the device and she was able to connect to the phone but it would not allow her to send files. She removed them and installed the Widcomm 5.0.1.801 that i sent her. Now they are installed and they can see the phone and her phone can see the dongle but the problem is when she installed the Bluesoiel drivers she entered a passcode on both her phone and in Bluesoiel. I cant find a place to enter the passcode on the widcomm and when she trys to connect with her phone it asks for a passcode on the phone. She tried entering the old one and all zeros but it wont work. Can you can the passcode in widcomm or is there a way around it to just send files? Thanks for reading and in advance.

Just to make sure we're on the same same page
  1. She's disabled the Microsoft Drivers before trying to install anything else, right?
  2. Then she installs the drivers (i.e. the software off the CD). The BT device should NOT be connected while the installation proceeds. (The install tells you no device, in fact, and u hit cancel to proceed w/o the device plugged in.)
  3. Once the driver install is finished is when you insert the BT device, tell all those hardware wizard prompts not to look anywhere. And, finally, it prompts you for devices by name and you pick yours.
  4. Widcomm may not see your device if you didn't do all the above correctly. If it DOES see your device, it will allow you to configure it when u right click on the icon. THAT's when you pair with it.
The info in following link is not about exact same version so may be some variation but probably all its info is good.
