| control my computer? Hi all , first and foremost, I have only been using blue tooth for a few weeks. I only really have one use for it as of now and think I total am missing the idea. I have a ir remote app to control my computer I want to replace it with a bluetooth device. I was first hoping to find a way to go from IR to bluetooth but quickly learned that was nothing simple. Then I figure why not just find an app that takes a blue tooth device and allows my to assign controls on my computer. The problem I seem to be running in to is that the blue tooth communication is no good unless you know what to listen for. That is I need a sender and receiver. This wont work as I have no way to put a sender on the phone or remote. Vectir is what I'm interested in , but I dont want to control my computer with a phone and it too wants to install a sender app. I found an express card remote but I dont have a way to charge it as I dont have an express card. So here is what I'm looking for. a) a mini remote ( bluetooth ) b) software to receive its buttons and do stuff Is that possible, does it exist? |
