i just want to know why my Samsung laptop has bluetooth while my friend's Gateway laptop dosn't have one?when i want to send some files to her,i have to go into our mail first,but if she owns one,that will be fun

Need more info on gateway laptop, model will help. Maybe it might have to be switched on otherwise you won't see it in device manger.

when my friend know that her gateway has no bluetooth,she regret to buy it,what's worse,there is something wrong with the mouse！You know she just bought it last month....

tell me the perticular model number of your leaptop ..

first bluetooth should be power on . many of model haven,t any
feature in the open that u could use . but there are one shortcut key to power
on your WLAN/BT. just ask your dealer or tell us your leaptop model number .

By the way it wasn,t any stupid question.
