Member: 281789 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Headset problems with BCM2035 Device on WIDCOMM 5.0.1.2500 After reading the posts on drivers and such, I spent my fair share of hours trying to get the software working. Finally I got an install of the 5.0.1.2500 stack working nicely. (used the install + patcher + inf mod) Thanks to all those of you who posted useful information and shared the software. I can sync my V360 over BT with Motorola Phone tools and it seems to work alright. PC to PC with my laptop is not very good. And worst of all, my Nokia BH-200 Headset doesn't work. Its a common problem i've read about: I can pair and initiate the call, but I get no audio. I have tested it out on an IBM T40 bluetooth device (with Widcomm 1.4x CSR chip) and it works great. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I suspect it's either the stack or the dongle, and my suspicions are leading towards the dongle. I notice the device address is all 00:00:00:... and I've read posts elsewhere that these devices are counterfiet. So I'm wondering if it's possible to flash the firmware on this device to make it operate like a normal one, or is that not possible. Sorry for the long post. I'm out of ideas...any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again for all your help! |

Member: 281789 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | thanks, I looked over that thread, and spent a few hours finding the relavent files. The links are out dated, but it is still possible to get the DFU utility. I have some experiences, but I'll post them in that thread. I guess I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem and could help isolate the issue. I guess for now, my best bet is to fiddle with the firmware update. Thanks |
