3650 No Menu - GSM-Forum

I have updated a 3650 With Production code 0510229.

The 3650 was damaged while updating a application to the phone, and he won't power up.

I updated the phone to version 4.13. I can't find the file with code 0510229, so I chose the file 0508724 Benelux. I updated the phone, did the resets and the phone powers up.

But the problem is that there is no menu in the phone. I'am able to make a call, to select the menu with the power button, but there is no phone menu. The phone says 'system error'

Has somebody a idea how to fix this problem?

Found the problem. Without memorycard, the phone works perfect, with memorycard, the phone won't work.

Anatoher question to Matrix team, why is production code 0510229 not in the sw list?
