Hello Matrix buddy's,

I have here 8310 in ''contact service'' after upgrade sw with Matrix . . .
Allready updated to last 6.20 version , all resets maked ,
after power normal mode , say ''insert card'' 1 sec after run to contact service , i'm F......
Help possible ?

original matrix or cloned?

Does cloned Matrix exists?? First time I hear this. If it's true it's not good for Matrix users like me

NO , MATRIX CLONED NOT EXIST !!!!

But , about my case , some idea ?
This is eeprom problem ?

did you try to make unlock after flashing or factory resets?
should work..
