The matrix box that i have is not working. The software gives the call Dongle not found. I have tried the switch solution, tried it on other computers with other OS, also other cables, a new PIC processor, that was send to me. But nothing makes the box working. Anyone else an solution??

wut software do u use, there are software thet dont work.

I use the current version from the site. I have als tried other versions.

ok, heres wut u do, delete all matrix software, connect your box with the 2 cables and power it up, then flip the switch up to DCT 4. Next, install Matrix_dct4.zip and run the program to c if it works, if not, close the program and flip the switch down and reopen the program, if none of that works, ur cable of LPT1 port might be faulty. Where did u buy your box from and wut pc r u running it on? Also which operating system r u using.

The box was working, i've put it aside, and bought in the meanwhile a new computer. Now I tried to fire it up, and again it is not working, i've tried another PIC controller that I got from matrix, but it is still not working. The program says that the dongle is OK, but when i try to put the phone into test, normal or local mode it only says please wait and then it hangs. I have got box version 22.8.03 the system is windows XP on a 1500MHz. Has anyone got any ideas??

try powering up the fone manually, sometimes thats all it neeed then click local mode.
