problem to flash 7650 - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Can some one help me to flash my 7650 I am doing this I press update sw then I choose nhl-2na then I choose 0630379-euro-a then the program start to work by its self when the program stop I choose resets then production tune but the mobile doesn't flash well, it tells me phone start-up failed contact the retailer? can some one tell what I am doing wrong?

You need go in test mode and format user area. It is same thing what is hapening wit 3650 (WD2 phones).
Use search button and you will find what you need.

thanks i find how know i have other problem the matrix doesn't unlock the mobile?

Just power on the phone, than wait till the message appear and than press "N" button twice to receive message Done. If this Done appear in left corner , just press button T (testmode) and wait till NOKIA appear on the display , than select RESETS and put 7650 format user AREA, wait 2 minutes or more and wait till Done appear. Than let me know

Yes, The Digitec explane it well. I didn't know what box you have. Most solutions here is related with griffin cable for 3650, and Now we have solution with Matrix.

I have same prob. I use Grifin, try "format user area" - not help.
Olso try upperlisted solutio, but not work for me - nothyng happens then I pres "N" or "T" Whot I do wrong?
Pleas, help me fix thys prob.

Hi porter 1 when you flash the mobile and come up cotact the retailer the thihg you have to do is very easy know for me that i now at first it woesn't that easy 2 swich the mobile on press n you see the light of the mobile coming up then press reset the chiose format user area that's all supose that work ok let me now i well try to help you but if you read digitec post works ok

Yesterday i have checked the sloution given by DIGITECH.....its working perfect...even for 3650.WOW what a great tool matrix really is.
