Problem with flashing Nokia 8910i...

I just received a new Matrix box and i tried to flash an Asian 8910i with the Europese flash packs.
I opened version 5.0.056 (Overloaded) program with the dos-fil (Over.bat)
I selected the variants and push Flash.
The phone is in local mode now but get the following message:

Flashing MCU (c:\program files\nokia\phoenix\products\nhm-4nx\nhm4nx5.250)
Enabling phone
Loading boot

And now... nothing happens... jsut loading boot... phone stays in but nothing happens. Somebody said i had to disconnect the phone immediately because it can die of that...
All 3 LED's are on the Matrix flash box are highlighted and the switch is on DCT4 (although that's unimportant since i have a new version of the box and the switch always has to stay at DCT4)

Does anybody knows the answer to my problem? Thx in advance!

Tried to flash 6310i again but with "Detect variant and set files before flashing" and got this message:

Flashing MCU (c:\program files\nokia\phoenix\products\npl-1\npl110_5.510)
Enabling phone
Loading boot
Wrong response. If you try to flash non Symbian phone, please set box switch to DCT3

Yeah...switch to DCT3... with my box switching to DCT3 is not possible because he can't find the Dongle..

I cut pin 28 but still the same problem.
In fact the software will not go any further than saying "Enabling phone"
(Not even "Loading boot" anymore! )

When flashing the switch always has to be set on DCT4.
When you want to use Logomanager or other programs you have to put the switch onto DCT3.

On what Operating System are you trying to flash?
I had the same problem on Win98se, but installing onto WinXP everything working 100%
You're sure that you use the latest flashpack update v3.09.002?
