problem with matrix - GSM-Forum

i have 2 problem with matrix
1. when i want to unlock my 3650 show error2
2.after update sw! software show enter local mode pls wait but nothing happend

Check external power suplly , i use 9V , 1000mA and everything working perfect . Other Matrix user use 700mA and everything is OK .

Be sure u use COM1. Matrix works only on com1 no matter what you choose. IT seems is a programming bug

phone must be in testmode for unlocking procedure. if it doesn´t go automaticly into testmode, then hit "T" button before unlocking.

Hi dudes,
have the same problem like Gsmlord with 3650.
After flashing phone can't enter to 'local mode' and result is 'contact retailer'.
After this when I press at T,L,N and P on button,always have 'please wait,blabla..."
Cable is OK,pow. is 9V/750mAh.
One minuts before I have flached 7650 without any problem.
Plz help me,how can I solved this.

Hi
when the phone sed contact retailer you have to format the user area just click on reset and find to format thats all before doing this just close the program and restart it same time my do this and i just close it and restart it work fine and also if you didn't do last mod just do it matrix works better thanks to digitec

Sorry m8,
but before using 'format user area' phone must be in test mode.
And my probl. is that phone can't enter in this or everyone mode.....

Put that phone in test mode manually.

Hi,
problem solved with older flash,becaouse with new 4.xx is reqired resistor trick.
With 2.xx and 3.xx can flash without any problems.
