problems with 8210 and matrix.. - GSM-Forum

hay matrix users and support team,

the problem is with flashing 8210 phones, when I'm plugging cable into it phones power on itself. should it be it this way?
i can read sw details but when I want to flash phone sw shows 'power on' and hangs up, also at the same moment phone is powering on.. Box is working OK with other phones, on dct4 too.
I have updated loaders, tried on different pc. Still the same.
Also i successfully flashed using dejan 1.05(phone is ok I just want to upgrade sw).
any idea?

ps. once I got 'incorrect answer' after 'power on phone'.

try another 8210 or 5210 so you can see if this error is caused by cable.

Remove plastic aroun pins on cable and everything will work OK .
