Replacement PIC - GSM-Forum

I need a replacement PIC for my Matrix flasher because the one in the box seems to be demaged and the box isn't recognized anymore. My reseller (gsm-tech.de) doesn't respond to my emails so any help would be really appreciated

Hi,
I have same problem for about 6 month, I have bad processor - no support. I have all sent/received emails from support (koci, digitec, gsm-tech, ...)... There is no support from this team! Be carefuly with this box!

with all respect, I wouldn´t spend a cent more in this box,
is dead from long ago, no new software no new features, just useless stuff,

I have received a new PIC today and it was absolutely free. That's good customer service, thanks to Digitec and Davor!!

I had to pay koci 60 euro (pic)+30 euro (deliver) for that,
