Hi,
I have this unit with CS after Griffin from my friend.
I have flashed this,but nothing CS is still at LCD.Anyone can help me,how I can solved this with Matrix.

You should check reason for CS first.
After that, you'll know what to do, of course.
You can use wintesla, or eeprom tools, trough Matrix com cable.

THat mean eeprom area is damaged somehow. Usualy, it hapens because of bad flash chip. You can try to restore it using wintesla and full factory reset. It may help you.
I didn't fond easy way to repair eeprom area in these phones.
With original NMP stuff it is possible, but, no easy way with third party software.

I know that KNOK.EXE software (freeware) is ok. You need to change IMEI at first and tahn select all resets and it works, than change IMEI into original - works always 100% - let me know, Roman

this usually works if EEEEEEEEEE in simlock. If Contact service on 9210, this could really be hardware failure if re-flash does not help.

If you can't change IMEI by kNock or any other SW. You have HW damaged flash chip D353 probably (it contains emulated EEPROM area).
