1100, changlanguage pack, need help plzzzzz - GSM-Forum

I just got my Tornado and I am newbie on this, I tried started with changing my 1100 language to chinese. I downloaded RH-18_dp_v_23_04_MCUSW5_62 and check the ppm file but couldn't find the chinese language pack (QA,QB,QC,QD or QD) but all other language pack.

Did I do anything wrong or there is currently no chinese pack for 1100 or I got the wrong file?

you must flash with RH-38, there is chinese packs - QA china(chinese S T9), QD hong kong makao taiwan(chinese T T9), QE taiwan
but first save pmm from phone

Do I have have to flash both MCU and PPM from RH-38 or just PPM?
and I just checked the UFS3 support site, there is no RH-38, where can I find one?
