2nd boot failed E700 with Tornado - GSM-Forum

I tried to flash with tornado
first boot ok
but 2nd boot failed

help please

have tried 2 flash without battery
and try 2 lower the speed of flashing
23xxxxx is supported for those models not the 46xxxxxx

Don't lose your time to down and up the baud rate !this is a hardware problem . may be a flash memory is damaged !

yes I don't use battery and baud rate 115000

but it same problem

change flash......or before this try to hold it down to see is there any broken ball D)
