6170 not unlocking - GSM-Forum

I got one 6170 here that sayes simlocks initialized ok but the phone is still locked (I am using Latest F version).... also i try and put the codes and it sayes phone restricted (most probably the owner put wrong codes to many times).

Any ideas guys?....Thanks

try to unlock it via calculator

basic 6 box id 32821 same as 6230

work 100%
