6230 Strange!!!!!!!!


PHONE IS NOT POWER ON, MCU AND PPM I CAN WRITE BUT CNT OR PM NOT BECAUSE PHONE CAN NOT ENTER IN TEST MODE.
PLEASE HELP!

That what you have found is RAM chip.
Why did i said you have problem with NAND is because there is no FL1 ID at all in that screenshot.
If you have other working phone, please - start flashing and make screenshot, and you'l see FL0 and FL1 ID-s.

Hi
I Have Tried To Flash Two 6230 With Ufs3 V5.24 & 5.26
It Flashes Ok Phone Functions Bit Slower Than Use To Work On V4.44
And The Serial Nr Changed With Both Versions 00000000000000000000
Warranty 000000 Etc
And If I Flash Back To 4.44 Works Ok Again
Any Idea Guyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyys???????????????

i have contacted nokia service centre they say it is the flash file itslf is damaged don't know wa to do
just waiting from ufs3 support for their coments
