6230i i erased the whole thing.


i am trying to bring back to life a dead 6230i so i decided to erase the whole thing then it said ajust start address then adjust end address,i just clicked ok and ok thn it erashed but now when flashing the mcu and ppm it say done but fone will still not work,wat should the start and end address be for a nokia 6230i.

if phone is not switching on after flashing it means there is Hardware Problem in Phone .
Erase is fixed by flashing Mcu Ppm and then writing PM and Product Profile

what hard wear problem may led to this l have the same with my phone it is flashing well but will not power on it is also not charging the battery

If Phone is not in on then how can it repond to charger

Check if any area is damage with liqid try to reheat flashes it may be drysold

l have heated the phone now it is powering on and then after 10 seconds off and flashers but l only have a white display could this now be softwear it is the older vision E l am going to try and flash with vision 3.7 hope it works. cooleyes the phone started the problem from a fall to the ground.

when u say heat the phone,what do u use to heat.

l used hot air from a hot air gun and after flashing it the phone now stays on but only white screen any help out there.

now u may try to flash the phone again u can try both E or M file to flash .

if u press the keypad button can u hear any beep ?
Have u checked to try any sim in phone ?
Have u tried the check any display ?

if u used software chk info what does it say ?
does during flashing /Test or Local info on Screen Appears
