7610 UI setting error

Hi masters
I have 2 sets of 7610.They could be flashed completely without any difficulty but after that I can't do the UI settings.'m using the latest flash files found in the support area.

make sure the cable connection
maybe you have m-bus problem in your cable

i have also the same problem i have tried with diffrent versions of softwares but problem is still same plz any one guide me about that problem. I have also tried with different boxes but not solved that problem.
