Hello My Friend, My problem is i update HwkuFs Micro sarafost, my computer restar and them this box say detecte driver and never install, i download all drivers etc, i have other box same and i Contect the other and automatly detected and all good, but the other box not, the bad box is of my friend

i am test the bad box in the other pc and never detect the driver, mi cuestion is what is the solution steep 1 or 2 in the pics.

i can fix that?

i can fix that?

maybe you need to unistall box drivers and after restart reinstall them. If box was detected by pc (before update etc) even as usb device then its most probably driver problems, if not seen even as "unknown device" then could be hardware.
