I just trying to help,i have buy alot of box support from ufsx.com. What i do is,after the registration,dont wait for the e-mail reply, couse i only recieve it once. But the few that they din't reply by email ,i can log in after 24 hour of the registration. So just remember your username and password and try login ofter 24 hour.Hope can solve your problem.Sorry for bad english

Thanks the friend, but it does not help. The answer too is not present.
Also what to enter into a field "Domen" in a window with inquiry of the password?

when you do the register u must enter a username and password right,so enter it when the login window popup,try few register also no reply from ufsx.com but username and password can login already.

i login using win xp it only show user and pass,no other thing,maybe you should try to login using winxp

I have support on www.ufsxsupport.com there there is no such inquiry.....
