Please report this error to dealer
Selected device, not compatible with software

when i choose the fbi file and klick update firmware come this
Update server running.

then error 0000003E?

what can be?

i mail to you for make update cuase you are the only one official reseller in China. pls check/analyze s/n if the box from you.
