Cannot Upgrade UFS....Upgrade Tool says my box is BLACKLISTED?!?!?!?! - GSM-Forum

I downloaded newest UFS Suite Version 2.0.4, and now when i try to connect my box i get an error: "HWK: NOT AUTHORISED, USE UPDATE TOOL". when i open the update tool and select update i get a pop-up error saying

Error Connecting UFS:
HWK LOGIN ERROR: -3

and behind the pop-up error, there is written in the window:

-- UFSx Device: UFS3 SarasSoft, USB S/N: XXXXX (it says my SN here)
-- Target Id : 62 CF 1 7
-- UFSx Boot : UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003.
-- UFSx Firmw.: UFS_USB V2.6 (c) SarasSoft 2005.
-- UFSx S/N : XXXXX (it says my SN Here)
-- Features : 00000001
-- Licence 5 : True
-- UFSx Vendor: TORNADO
-- HWK ERROR : 0002

Anyone know how to fix this? I have downloaded UFS Tools V2.65, but it cannot detect the box. In my computers Device manager, under USB Devices, it comes up as UFS2 Device, (c) Sarasoft

I think your HWK is Trial Version...
try to use Original HWK...
works 4 me...

Not Mr, you must be fooled I've HWK original purchased directly of SARA´s and I have the same type of problem when I try update.
