can't load oleaut32.dll error

After some time all of the ufs modules shows this message can't load oleaut32.dll.
Why?i didn't change anything related to ufs suite.Twister is original.I tried many versions of suite and always the same.
I disabled antivirus,updated oleaut32.dll but nothing.
Is this some kind of protection?
This software is very paranoid.I had a lot of problems with it.

Problem solved.I forgot that I have used "filemon" recently. This prog left some registry keys so I scanned registry and deleted anything that have "filemon" string and then restart comp and now everything is ok.
