Can't read flash from Samsung E715

Hi,

I'm trying to read flash from a Samsung E715, but always get same error. Something like this:

1st boot:
1st boot:
1st boot:
1st boot: failed

Also when I try to flash it, get same error.

I'm doing this without battery, as explained in manual.

What should I do for UFS to boot phone succesfully?

BR

Read flash? What for? Its useless,, just wasting time. It will be stored as bin format. So what for?
And about support... well,, i got great support. And if you say it's bad, i dont see which part support is bad as what u said.
Man... just learn: WHAT WE PAY IS WHAT WE GOT!
If you dont like UFS why dont u buy separate service tool?
Imagine!! 4 in 1 less $250??? And about WHAT WE PAY IS WHAT WE GOT.... well,, UFS give us big xtra bonus

Regards,

Ok, gbluez:

I will explain you my case:

What i want to do is flash this model (E715) with E710 flash. I just thought it would be safer to read flash before, cause if something went wrong, I would be able to write it again.

Anyway, I get the same error (1st boot: failed) even when I try to WRITE flash. This means I canīt read nor write flash to this Samsung phone using UFS. (Just for record, I have already successfully flashed Sony Ericsson and Nokia phones, but this is the first Samsung one and Iīm having trouble.)
SO, what would be the natural procedure to follow?? Ask ufs support for help. Well, I tried contacting them using www-ufsx-com contact page, but got no response. Also searched www-ufsxsupport-com for a support e-mail, but there isn't. (And my reseler can't help, cause he don't have experience flashing Samsung phones also.) You said you can't see which part of support is bad. Well this part is bad. If I got similar problem with Martech, I can write to support-martech.pl and they will try to help me.
But, look, I'm not saying everything is bad. In fact UFS got nice, complete and up to date flash files site. And box is of great use... Ok, that's it.

Thing is I still have this samsung e715 flashing problem and If you l be so kind to help me, I would really aprecciate.

E700: when flashing not possible, usually i open it, then short the internal battery for a while. After that everything goes fine.
Some times for some types, we need to flash it without battery. I don't know exactly. But once you connected, you can do everything you want. Remeber, readed flash will be store as BIN format. UFS not supportthis file for writing.

ps. UST 6 cracked read and write perfectly on this.

sorry for the rudeness. PEACE

regards
