| Cant use my box Hello. I have one Tornado UFS-3 w/ HWK since 6 years ago. I used it to many years so I stopped to use... Now, I want to use it again, in a new PC. I downloaded form here Support Suite to try to use my box, and when I start it, I got this message: Error connecting UFS: - 16 Please Reinstall Support Suite I already tryed to reinstall it and still gotting same error. When I click to "Update UFS Firmware" it ask about FBI file that I didnt have. Where I can get it? I searched about both things on forum but answers this not apply to me. Any one can help me to solve it? Since now thanks very much B.R. |
