Error 10 while trying to flash nokia. One of possible solutions

Hi,
I frequently read about impossibility flashig nokia phones, and i had a similar problem. Last time yesterday with 3100, but with 6610, 6610i, 1100 too (by now dct4 generally).
Screen (when trying to flash) looks like this :

manually erasing given address is impossible too. I read forum dedicated to other boxes and found similar problem's solution.
To solve this problem with tornado you have to uninstall flash update from control panel/add remove progs., then manually remove ALL files and directories from C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Flash, then install flash update again. Curiously enough sometimes better to install older flash updt (ie. 3.18 or even older if necessary, each time removing all files from mentioned directory) - this operation just changes ALL .fia files - that's the solution

Of course i'm awake it is not one and only one solution, and probably it is not new, but it helped me and i hope it helps somebody else.
