Full Newb. Please Help !!!!

Hi I have a UFS-3 Flasher box (Tornado) but I bo8ught it a long time ago in Australia from a company who no longer exists. I have tried EVERYTHIG to get hold of my activation codes / activation strings? . I previously had the box install on my old Fujitsu laptop which has now died (the battery) and I can’t get a new battery because it’s a special releasethat only came out in Singapore. I have been living in Sweden now for the past 2 years and only returned recently and picked up my mobile phone repair bits and pieces as I have now sucessfully established a mobile phone shop here in Sweden.

Is there anyway I can get the activation strings. Also how and where do I go to update my software. My software must be almost 2 years old.
I also want to update this box to HWK is that possible? Do I need any dongle, like the new thing for twister? (I used to use twister also but before they had this new dongle)

Please let me know what to do and how.
My SERIAL number that’s printed on the box says something other than the serial when I try to connect. I\ve downloaded the latest UFS suite BUT now someone has sent me the actrivation strings and it works to put update the licence but then it asks me to update firmware and when I do after that it cant connect. it just starts loading the wont connect. I have the old silver box.
I just want to get it to work, HOPEFULLY with all the latest phones etc. but aslong as I can still use the box for something ??
