when i connect to update client it gives error license 5 not found.

how to solve this ?

Hi! I just fix same problem with UFS by that way:
Setup HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 after updating got «Box_Auth_Error: 20»

1. Connect box, run UpdateClient.exe > Update UFS Firmware
open Req.fbi
UpdateClient ask open file –«*box number*.fbi»
Give*.* in next string and select Req.fbi
Got massage
-- UFSx Device: UFS2 SarasSoft, USB S/N: ****
-- Target Id : 62 CF 1 10
-- UFSx Boot : UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003.
-- UFSx Firmw.: UFS_USB V2.8 (c) SarasSoft 2007.
-- UFSx S/N :*****
-- Features : 00000001
-- Licence 5 : True
-- UFSx Vendor: TORNADO
-- HWK ID : A1.04-******
-- HWK Status : 1, DL: 0
-- Request file generated: "box number.req"
Save one.
2.Start ufs3tools269b
Open in FBI Calculator "box number.req",calculate "box number.fbi".Save one too.Close ufs3tools269b.
Start UpdateClient.exe > Update UFS Firmware againe.Select "box number.fbi" and start update UFS Firmware.
Now my box is working.

You must do this way.Ur problem will be solved

For Box Authorisation Error :20/32

1st download Req.fbi file from Support Site.

Then go to updateclient-----update ufsfirmware and select Req.fbi file. It will generate "serial no.Fbi file in C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UpdateClient

Next download ufs3tools269b.zip from internet. here is url (ufs3tools269b.zip - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download)

then open the software and connect ufs.

after that click connect.

then click on FBI calculator. ( it will create Req.fbi file )

after that again go to updateclient-----update ufsfirmware and select Req.fbi

wait 2 min n see it works 100%

Brother I'm facing req.fbi fault at ufs panel 2.3.0.5 I don't understand how to fix it using ufs panel pls guide me
