Help Tornado Activation String - GSM-Forum

I had the tornado software all loaded on my laptop, however my laptop broke courtesy of a friend who dropped it....

I didn't realise that you needed to keep a note of your activation strings as the website you log in to only gives you them once!

How do I go about getting the activation string reset? I spoke to the reseller I bought it off (GSM-Tech), and he told me that I had to email ufsxsupport.

Does anyone know their email address, or any other way to do it? I think my reseller couldn't be bothered to help!

I have tried the code I was kindly given, but it doesn't work! When I copy and paste the code in, I'm told to reconnect. When I do reconnect it comes up with the following before asking for the code again...

Is the code I had wrong, or is there something wrong with my computer/box

Contact your reseller, he will be able to give you the activation codes 100% correctly. That should be the first thing you need to do.
