how its possible??? i have flashed a 3650 and it blinks 4 times and goes off.Tried to erase with ccerase without success

use flasherase_o1_o2_03 after that flash mcu ppm , when flash sucess fullfactory setings and right permanet memory :P

change the phone with new one and try to flash it

It is an UEM problem, try flashing it wih an original nokia charger conected to phone, if it doesn´t work try to reflow UEM, UPP and flash i.c.

Just make Full Factory Defaults and all will be ok. Yesterday tested!!
