how the hell do we get an update for this ufs box?????????????????????


i will make this simple.

my reseller hasnt sent me the necessary file to upgrade my box.

its an ufs2 original box..no copy or anything crap like that.

the reseller is www.gsmteknik.se

i sent the file for about 2 weeks and my box is just like any piece of dog sh*t that is completely useless.

now..who do i contact to get this box upgraded..there is no such a thing as an official site or things like that...i have access to
www.tornadoflasher.com

but there is no support for such things in that address.
i wrote about this earlier but didnt get any support.
now my reseller isnt even answering the emails and i lost many customers coz of that.


any help is appreciated.

if your box was fully working with the latest software, you just wanted to try upgrade feature, blame yourself, calculating 3 fbi files a week for one customer is really annoying,

if you really needed the update, please be patient, mainly only the original author can make activation files for this, and he is quite busy nowadays.

just bother your reseller for a reply and if he refuses to answer you in another 2 weeks, post your problem in the market feedback section.

ok thanx for the answer

well the only reason for getting the update is coz its not working with the new software..otherwise it would be very stupid to do that for no reason.

i think 2 weeks is quite along time for a file that usually takes 1 day..dont u think?

problem is that there is no specific answer...i lost already quite alot of customers for this reason.

anyway i guess im chasing the wind..so i just might give up totally and .....
