the message like this: error connecting: ufs
hwk login error: -5

pls help........its urgent

Hide S/N!!!!!!
ReInstall soft.
I think that folder tree should be: C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\

only hwk dead also rewrite ufs firmware

just select modefid then next ur box will lOging and problem soleved........
