HWK NOT CONNECTED or DEAD - GSM-Forum

Hi.
I have UFS Box Tornado. I was working with it, but some program do BSOD and I had restored.
After tools of UFS not worked:
I started DCTxBB5.exe and clicked "Connect" after, I had error message, that say, reinstall Support Suite. I did it: uninstalled and install again. But, when I clicked "Start HWK update" in HWKUpdate Client and get it:

-- Target Id : 62 CF 1 10
-- UFSx Boot : UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003.

-- UFSx Vendor: TORNADO
-- HWK NOT CONNECTED or DEAD
-- HWK ERROR : 0010

Please, help me. What should I do?

just repair ur hwk ic with repair dongle..........

how can I do it?
must I done "Update Frimware" in HWKUpdate Client and get new key? If I do it, who will give new key for my HWK?

I have some error:

I did it, how in video, had set all parameters how in video, only Port had own (com 2)...

What did I do wrong?

com must look in device menager if all ok post screenshot, did you good connect hwk to dits ???? are sure ?? post photo

With device manager all OK (see screen short)

how check good connect to dits??

In HWK Update Client I have next

how can I correct it?

May be it problem with hardware and I need to give UFS to repair or may I will correct it myself?

look now ufs not needed, unplug hwk module insert to the DITS usb hwk dongle and try again, dits need drivers prolific pl2303

I can't do it. I have everything built into one device.

It's my UFS HWK

What can I do??? Please, help me!
