I buy an UFS box, but i am unable to enter in the support area with the password that was given to me!?!

How can I solve this problem, is there anyone to who I can give the password and the serial number in order to help me???

maybe they can write a program which generate the password to the support area by unique Box number ? Me too has been unable to get the login to the new support area.
