Every body of you is said its very good and congratulation and so on , why
i think if you dealling with onother softwares like griffin or prodjy you will find that its support is extra super good comparing with this bad supports .
check by your self , there is no site working good untill now , every day there is a defferent site and defferent password , do you think this is a good way for support
You cant know if your box is original or not ?
Every thing you need you must return to your dealler . is this the good way to support ?

In my opinion, the UFS is not the best support. Maybe it's the worst support! (But little better than Griffin) . You own a 100% original box, but you don't buy from a offical reseller, you won't get support ; You own a 100% original box from China, and you mailed them asking for user&pass for support, but they don't answer you, so, you won't get support; Last time you can access www.tornadoflasher.com to get support, but now it hacked, and you don't know how to get support now, you ask Raskal, Hams, Legial..... but they WON'T ANSWER your question/request. Haha.... the only solution to get new version/support for your box is buy another box from Raskal (Twister), Hams, Legial....
I'm tired of UFS SUPPORT.

Dear Imth and others who dont have Login/pass,
Support is available for all Original UFS3 tornado boxes, and all resellers are given login/pass for their customers.
Thats why we suggest you to buy from any of the Authorised Dealers to get support and be assured for genuinity of the box.

Clone boxes prevail in the market and to safegaurd our customers for original boxes, we have to take these steps.

If for some reason your Official reseller is not able to give you login/pass, you can always contact any of the distrubutors, with the details of your box and your reseller.

Hope,i cleared your doubts

Thanks Hams for answer my question.
I'm sure that all of my box is original , cos I have already active 1.3a version, but from my reseller, and I'm also sell them to another person, but I don't have user/pass, so that I can't give my customer and user/pass. I asked my reseller but he said that he also buy from another person and don't have user/pass. I've contact Mr Cable (some of my box have Mr Cable stamp warranty stamp), and even contact you, but no one reply me.

Do you think this boxes is BMW ,or Mercedes Benz Car ? ? ? to return to the dealer every time ? Or do you think we dont have any job , just only searching about that dealer , What do you think about the dealer ? for example that gsm for arab in saudia arabia / he cant solve his problems to support other peoples .
Really i will put these poxes in the rubbish

And what do you think, Mister Saras and we few people can give directly support to over 10.000 UFS-Tornadoflasher users? and the dealer who sell you the box just make his good profit and then he dissapeares...
So for you this dealer is the good guy and the author and producers the bad guys....verry simple for you

NO, it is not like that. We are not producing a cigarette lighter, but a device for profesionals. So SUPPORT IS VERRY IMPORTNT FOR OUR CUSTOMER.
Customer call or mail us every day to ask from activation strings till how to flash a T100.

And this support has to be give to customer by the dealer because he earn money for this too. THE DIRECT SUPPORT IS THE DEALERS BUSSINESS !!!
We sayd everytime : IT IS VERRY IMPORTANT TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT RESELLER..

Here the view from my side, maybe will help you to understand the situation:
My phone is ringing all day like crazy, my e-mail folder is full everytime - i spend at least 8 hours every day giving support to MY customer.
