New UFS and HWK update (BB5 available)

hello when i try to connect to my k850 by usb its show this massage:-

SHUT DOWN ROM ...
USB Closed please tell me solution this problem on ufs3 latest version 2.7.2 and another that when i full flash my t650 its progress at 36-37% and after that closed sir after upgrade this tools there is too mutch problem and problem with w810i also when i connet its sho error that tac dbtc 2020 not dbx like this pls sole my problem as soon as possible
