i updated my ufs 3 box in new setup 10 . it has updated but when i connect it gives a massage :unexpected exception:BOX_AUTH_ERROR:20"

go to the person from where u bought the box . I am sure he will fix it by putting back the serial no. Sometimes it happens while upgrading that the box serial no. gets deleted and might show that it is not registered.
It might also be that the box is a crack one and so you will not be able to login to the support site .
but go first to your reseller i am sure he will take care of it.
