1sec. Delay after Boot bypass (TP support)

Yeh RSA by pass update is still awaited! but i heard that USB DIV5 supports RSA bypass is it true?

Here is maded some minor fixe's:
1. Sound warning to remowe TP agent.
2. Bigger delay between SecureBoot and FlashLoader start.
