i am a customer of ufs3 original and i have no access till now for support site

have sent mails to my reseller and i get no answer..

i have sent mails to ufsx people also but no replies till now

what should i do?

any suggestions?

only your resseller can contact ufsxsupport to activate your account

ufsxsupport will never reply you

but what i do if reseller does not reply to me at all?

there should be a way to get access to the support site..

if i give them name of my reseller and also the S/N of my original ufs3 box, they should be able to verify if i the box is original or not and then give me login and pass via email

i paid for a box and i can´t get access to suport page..

Mate dont count Support on UFS alone because Support is not so Supportive.

i have JAF also but connection is very slow...

can't download flash files as it should be..

so where can i get access to latest flashes?
