Nokia 2600, strange problem with time

Anyone ever come across this problem?

Phone works fine except the time is stuck, you can set it and the date, but the time doesn't advance.

for "strange problem with time" try flash the phone mcu, ppm, cnt, pmm

and for 2600 & 3100 with light problem : have you flashed them with mcu, ppm, cnt and pmm?

leds are commanded by UEM. have you checked the PCB?
