HOW TO OPEN RETRICTION CODE BY TORNADO.AFTER FLASHING NK 3120 I ON MY PHONE I SEE ENTER RESTRICTION CODE.WHAT I DOING NOW?

Becuase you didn't unlock the phone yet ?? maybe ??

Try clicking on Info, make sure that the imei is not ?????????????? if so you will definitely have that error and one solution is rpl, but if it has imei then just unlock it meaning double click on Init Simlocks and evrything will be fine

SELECT DCT-3 SELECT MODEL... TURN INTO TEST MODE MANUAL... INTL'S LOCK'S.... PROBLAM SOLVE...

3120 is DCT4. It needs to be Test mode or Local mode in order to be unlocked via cable.

huh? if it can't boot normally, then how can you put the network code/master code???

Can you pls read the info of the phone and copy/paste here the details.... also was this patched??? i mean flashed for imei change purposes and with *.pat or *.fia files??? if so then you'll need a real HWK or use griffin or JAF

Yes master code,i try info but nothing log in my display,I have tornado and jaf.

Maybe your IMEI has been patch by tornado,you must unlock using griffin or jaf..
but are you have phone type 3210 or 3120 ? cause i see on topic 3210
