Nokia 8800 insert simcard

I have a Nokia 8800, with simcard it says insert simcard .
Any advice to solve this problem.

Is there any solution to this? I have just received a 8800 for unlocking and it constantly says ''No SIM card inserted" even when there is? Does anyone have any advice? :confused:

just send it to repair centre there is 2 years warranty on this phone
check nokia site for repair centre's

I think there is problem with hardware.......

change the ic witch is near by sim reader connector and you can make jumper same as 1100 malik rashid good luck
