I have a UFS box, it is genuine, but was purchased second on hand off of someone along with lots of other equipment.

Obviously I can supply the box serial number, and also the original username (and password) that I, and the prson before me, used to use to access the support area. But I cannot contact the reseller as I am not aware who it was. I have a feeling it was complete fone, but not 100%

Please can you (or someone else) advise what I should do. I'm on email [email protected] and think my MSN is the same,.

Dont care about your UFSx box resellers now, just purchase for new package of support now, i vote for NBOX support - abit faster in new flash file version!
